Do I have to pay tax?
We have warehouses in the US/ EU/ UK, and if your shipping address is in these countries, we will send your package from a near warehouse. Therefore, you do not have to pay extra or taxes after you place the order.
Here are several questions you might have:
Q: What if the item is out of stock in the EU warehouse?
A: If the item is out of stock in the EU warehouse, we will send from China warehouse by default, no need to pay tax as well. For part of items that needed to be sent by DHL or other express delivery, we will email you first before we send it out.
Q: I am not from a EU countries, do I have to pay tax?
A: If your shipping address is not within EU/UK/US. We will send the package from China by YANWEN, no need to pay tax. But if yanwen can not reach, we will ask you if you would like to pay tax, and select a proper carrier for you.

Q: How do I know where my package will be shipped from?
A: We will select a proper delivery method for you based on the country you want to ship to. And you can track your package online based on the shipping information we emailed and know where it was shipped from.
Q: Can I select the delivery method myself?
A: Sorry, we don't offer a free choice on the delivery mothod for customers, because we have many warehouse world-wide, and the shipping cost is different.
