How to solve Dolphin XP005L “Not support current data” when cutting a Jaguar FO21 Tibbe key using Clamp M3?
One customer gave his feedback that Xhorse Dolphin XP005L gave the error "Not support current data" when cutting a Jaguar FO21 Tibbe key using Clamp M3.
Here is how xhorsevvdi technician troubleshoots:
Technicians asked a picture of Update Center.
Here is the screenshot.
Technicians asked him to re-update database as the arrow and try again.
The customer said same message "no support current data"
Technicians asked which cut type is the key, 6 cut or 8 cut.
This customer was cutting FO21 6cut key.
Here is the Reason:
Dolphin XP-005L supports FO21 6-cut keys; doesn't support FO21 8-cut keys.
