How to Solve Problem VVDI MB “This BE Key doesn’t have bonus points”?

Question:
My 15 VVDI BE Keys has no points. VVDI MB gave the prompt "Attention: This BE key doesn't have bonus points, its bonus points was already used!".


Solution:
1. Update software&firmware to the latest version before collecting points
2. If still no points after step 1, attach the pics of VVDI MB software&firmware, and send the logfiles by time to us.




When VVDI MB prompts "This BE key has bonus points", this means the points are collected successfully.
