How to change frequency of Toyota XM38 Remote Key by VVDI Key tool max pro

Question: 

I have an XM38 universal smart key. I don't know how to register Toyota RAV4 (4D transponder).

I tried various items.
However, I cannot change to a 4D transponder.
And all of a sudden it was 434Hz. What i want is he is 315Hz but i don't know how to change from 434Hz to 315Hz.

How many times can I change the writing?
I'm having trouble figuring out how to change the frequency.
