Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost

Most of our items are free shipping to countries in North American, Asian, European. For some countries in Africa, South American, we may need to charge extra shipping since the shipping cost is too much that is beyond our free shipping range.  And we will email you if the shipping fee is needed.

We always advance you to choose: the most suitable for you which means the best one for your demands not only on delivery time but also on price.

The shipment method you choose can influence the shipping cost and time.

If the item is damaged, stolen etc. We will contact the corresponding shipping company for a refund or redelivery.

Options for Shipping

XhorseShop.eu offer you a wide selection of shipment which are all safe and quality, we will choose the most suitable for you. the following table shows the shipment options and the delivery time.

1. Usually, we will ship the package from US/UK warehouse when the item is available in US/UK warehouse. 
  1) Deliver to the United States address only, we will use USPS or Fedex from US warehouse.
  2) Delivery to UK, we will use Royalmail 24hour or 48 hour. You don't have to pay tax
  3) Delivery to other countries within EU, we will use Hermes International, which will take about 5-8 working days to arrive. You don't have to pay tax. 
Only the item title marked "Ship From UK" or "Ship From US" can be shipped from US or UK warehouse. (If the US and UK warehouse is lacking of the item, we will ship from China directly.)

Notice:
 1). Part of areas is remote area, so if there is a remote fees for the package, we will contact you to pay the difference.
 2). We do not based in US or UK, the UK and US warehouse just functions as a warehouse to dispatch packages. If the item needs to be returned for repair or returned, please contact us for details.

2. If item is out of stock in US/UK warehouse, we will ship by DHL or YANWEN by default. To help you save custom tax, parcels to French, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries ,we will recommend YANWEN.

Delivery time is 7-12 working days. Here are the details: YANWEN special line to Spanish, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries.
YANWEN delivery is tax pre-paid. We will pay the tax for the package before it reaches you, so you don't have to pay tax. 

3. About Tax on Free Shipping Products
  
If the package was shipped by DHL or EMS which require to pay tax in some countries, and this item is marked as FREE SHIPPING. Here we will cover the logistics freight as stated, but it doesn't include tax that occurs during the delivery.
How much to pay for the tax will depend on the destination countries' Customs. Usually, the buyer should pay for the tax fees.

3. Russia, Belarus, Ukraine etc.→ These countries can choose EMS only.

4. Brazil,Argentina→you should offer your CPF No. (tax No.) if you would like your package to be shipped by DHL, UPS, TNT or Fedex. But you can choose EMS, HongKong post or Singapore post if you don't have CPF No.

Delivery Time

5-7 working days → Express: DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex. If your country is not on the UK and US warehouse delivery range, we will ship by DHL and will declare a low value on the invoice to save tax for you.

7-12 working days → EMS,Yanwen Express. If your country is not on the UK and US warehouse delivery range and it is remote area. We will use EMS or ETK, which will take a bit longer time to arrive. 

10-20 working days → Flat air mail: Singapore post and Hondkong post. If your order amount below 150USD and it is out of stock in UK warehouse, we will ship by post. It would take a bit longer to arrive. Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc which are uncontrollable. If you need it urgently, you can choose "Premium Delivery" and pay the extra shipping. 

Factors that may influence the shipping time:

  1) Destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 working days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, Singapore post and Hongkong post have no remote area.Please kindly consider!

  2) Package weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.Please kindly consider!

  3) Stock status. Usually when your finish the  payment we will arrange shipment in 2 working days, however if  the item you choose is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to speed up the shipment ASAP. Please kindly consider!

  4) Harsh weather condition and festival holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival will influence the shipping time. Please kindly consider!
